Great experience from initial contact, in-home visit to discuss choices, dropped by the shop to pickup sample books for a couple of days to think on choices, followup in-house visit to take meausrments, followup call with estimate and take CC deposit, order arrived as promised, install week later, showed up ontime, work completed without issue, love the results!!!

Wow! I love my new shutters and blinds from The Drapery Shop! The whole experience was a breeze - once we had our appointment for measurements we were able to find exactly what we wanted!
And, at an awesome price!
We had to wait a little longer than usual because of the pandemic. But, that's understandable - the install was easy and the installer showed up right on time and was courteous and wore a mask as did, our salesman Lewis.
I can't wait to call them for an update on the rest of window coverings and, will definitely recommend
them to anyone interested.

I love my new drapes and window blinds. I have new ceiling height drapes for 2 sliding doors and one window and cellular binds for 4 windows. I got 3 bids and The Drapery Shop was substantially cheaper than the other 2. The Drapery Shop makes their drapes in-house, which I think contributes to their lower costs. All in all, sooo happy!
